When to upgrade your troops?

about your request.
it really depends on your style of playing,but let me try to explain you
If you play offensive teutons,you dont have to upgrade your troops on the beggining of the server,reason?because clubswingers are pretty cheap,and with good raiding,you can easily get high ammount of troops,so you dont need to upgrade them..also you should start with upgrading them when you will start with your hammer,as always,teutons have two hammers,one is for raiding,and second is big hammer..you should upgrade your big hammer,so you will be able to kill more troops with less loses..
the same story is for romans and gauls..but if you have any more questions,feel free to ask..
